Candle returns: In order to return a candle, the candle must be in original unused condition, no burned wick, wax melted or modified jar, you must place candle in its original package, properly wrapped to avoid damages and ship it to us. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please save and send us the tracking number. Once we receive the candle, please allow 14 days for the return to be fully processed.
Home décor returns: Properly wrap and place unused décor in its original packaging and ship it to us. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please save and send us the tracking number. Once we receive the item, please allow 14 days for the return to be fully processed.
Cosmetic returns: Product must be unused in its original condition. Place product in its original packaging and return it to us. You are responsible for shipping costs.
